Vinification: To enable a maximum conservation of the aromas and the quality of each grape variety the harvesting takes place in the evening and is followed by a low temperature maceration allowing a maximum extraction of the fragrances and aromas. After, a very gentle pneumatic pressing and low temperature fermentation is undertaken to guarantee the exceptional quality of this upscale wine. This "cuvée" is bottled once a year.

Presentation: The wine is presented in the Bordeaux bottle « Exception » of 75 cl.

Every detail of the label has been designed and produced with painstaking attention and professionalism:
- The printing dies and production process are totally Italian and of the highest quality.
- The adhesive utilised for the labels was designed for use in the aeronautics industry.
- The insertion of Swarovski crystals in the vintage date and in the label is carried out by expert craftsmen in Italy.
- Every single label is meticulously inspected for quality before application to the bottle.

Tasting: Diadema rosé has a clear colour with fuchsia pink tones, a fresh nose with notes of candy, citrus aromas and orange zest, evolving after airing onto notes of ripe yellow fleshy fruits such as peach and melon and an unctuous mouth dominated with a pleasant fatty flavour. As a whole it is endowed with a beautiful balance and the finish continues with fruit flavours and freshness and ends on an intense complex aromatic palette. Diadema rosé is a high-level vintage with charm blending pleasure, elegance and voluptuousness all in one. This nectar with its silky colour will enrapture experienced wine lovers.
